Layers of art is what I see here. You may not agree. That's OK. Since the
railroads decided not to bother prosecuting people who created artistic pieces
(or graffiti if you prefer) on the sides of their rolling stock, as long as they
didn't cover the reporting marks, the art blossomed. Much of the smaller
markings are actually shippers or train crew marks to help locate or sort
specific cars and identify load' and empties etc. So taggers have layered art
over original railroad art and I have come along to make more art on top of
that. You decide.
